Abstract

The purpose of this document is to expose the legal elements on which the contracting through the modality of the provision of personal services is based, and the effects that can be derived from the observance of the normative assumptions, contained in Article 32 of Law 80 of 1993, and in the Unification Ruling SUJ - 025 - CE - S2 - 2021 of September 9, 2021, issued by the Council of State.
